Kalraj Mishra returns files of convening assembly session in Rajasthan

Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra has returned files of the assembly session. On Monday, officials said that the governor has asked for more information for convening the Rajasthan Assembly session.

Mishra has not taken any decision yet on calling the assembly session. Congress party has been demanding a special session amid the political crisis due to a rebellion by Sachin Pilot and a section of Congress legislators supporting the former deputy chief minister.

The MLAs of Gehlot Camp accused that the BJP was responsible for the delay in convening the Rajasthan assembly session. Gehlot Camp alleged that pressure is being made by the BJP’s central government on the governor to postpone the Rajasthan assembly session.

Rajasthan Chief minister Ashok Gehlot had requested to governor Kalraj Mishra to start the session of assembly to discuss the bill related to coronavirus pandemic, without mentioning the floor test.

On the other hand Governor Kalraj mishra denied to do this and said that he will follow constitutional norms to convene the House.

Let the MLAs of the Sachin Pilot camp revolt in Rajasthan. The political atmosphere in Rajasthan has been hot since the removal of Sachin Pilot as Deputy CM. At present, the governor has returned the file of the Gehlot camp and asked for detailed information from them.

Meanwhile, news is coming that Speaker CP Joshi has withdrawn his petition from the Supreme Court. It is being told that Congress will no longer fight court battle on this issues. Congress said that, they will fight political battle on this issues now.

The Congress has decided to protest in the entire country after the latest developments. Due to the revolt of Sachin Pilot, the Congress caught in the political crisis in the state is going to protest outside the Raj Bhavan in all the states today.
